Processing Time:
We're as eager as you are about your order! That's why we aim to process and pack your order within 7 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 3 days for standard shipping, 1 - 2 for express shipping, etc. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
International Shipping:
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sweet Baby Darling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handcrafted skin care products, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Our aim is to build trust and reassure our customers that they can buy with confidence. We believe in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase from us.

We make our products in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. The use of all-natural ingredients and production processes can lead to slight differences in size, smell, color, or consistency.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you receive a defective product, you can get it resent if you report it within 3 days of the delivery date.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If an order appears to be missing an item, we will immediately fix the mistake by resending it as our top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
At the company's discretion, items that are unavailable will either be refunded or replaced with a similar item. This is not a regular occurrence, but it is a possibility. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Refunds will be to the discretion of the company and handled case-by-case where the company agrees that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both customer and company. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please be aware that the availability of funds may vary according to your bank and credit card companies.
